Welcome to therapywithsamantha.com. The Therapy with Samantha website (the “Site”) is comprised of various webpages operated by Therapy with Samantha, LLC aka Samantha Juliene, LCSW (“Therapy with Samantha”). Therapy with Samantha is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modifications of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Therapy with Samantha constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.
CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN
Therapy with Samantha does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.therapywithsamantha.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your appointment at any time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the session will not qualify for a refund and the full price of the session will be charged. Please contact us at samantha@therapywithsamantha.com with any questions.

Therapy with Samantha may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SAMANTHA GERSON THERAPY AND ITS AFFILIATES AND EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, JUDGMENTS, SUITS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, FEES, EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS FOR LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO (A) YOUR BREACH OF ANY OF THESE CONTENT TERMS, (B) YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT, THE CONTENT, OR THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY YOU, OR (C) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION.
ATTORNEYS’ FEES
In the event of any litigation or dispute arising from or relating to these Content Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and collection costs in addition to any other relief to which such party may be entitled.
PRIVACY POLICY
Therapy with Samantha’s use of your personal information is subject to the Therapy with Samantha Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that the laws of the State of California and the United States will apply to all matters relating to these Content Terms and the Service, as they would to agreements made and entered into entirely in California by California residents, notwithstanding your actual place of residence. These Content Terms may be enforced in any federal court or state court sitting in Los Angeles, California, and each party hereto consents to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court and waives any argument that venue in such forum is not convenient. Therapy with Samantha shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to make improvements and/or changes to any aspect of the Service at any time and shall not be liable for the effects these alterations may have. Therapy with Samantha also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
